We had a fantastic time at O2 Preston Brook this week raising money for Rachel's upcoming trip to Japan, part of GGUK's cultural exchange programme.  We held a cake sale and raffle with prizes including a Japanese hamper, shopping vouchers, a mobile phone and bottle of wine and chocolates.  We raised £479.17 on the day - a fantastic result!

On Monday 9 August Preston Brook welcomes Girl Guiding UK in the form of All Saints Rangers.

Based in Widnes, we're supporting the Rangers in their fundraising efforts as part of Think Big.  In October, a team of Rangers are going to Japan as part of a Cultural Exchange Programme.  The programme is aimed to enable Japanese and British girls and young women to develop to their potential as leaders of their community.
